Acceptable?

My sister has always said to me, "You don't know how unjust the system is until you are in it." I understand more completely now. Waiting at the job centre for my personal advisor interview, I see drunken men stagger in to get their stamps, teenagers coming in and mouthing off to the security guards and getting their stamps and then I see a girl, whos phone went off and was not on silent, get escorted to the door, outside the building so she could turn her phone off. Where on earth is that acceptable? A drunken man being accepted, workers being verbally abused acceptable, but a girls phone being on loud... Woah, stop the press! These people are... Unbelievable. I see people on Jeremy Kyle and can't really comprehend their existence, yet I saw evidence today. That idiotic excuses really exist.
