So I have been researching how to get rid of this spare tyre I have now gained, healthily and effectively. And I found quite an interesting blog named All Women Stalk, and I'll share!
1. Step Aerobics ~I like this, they recommend an hour a day, split into 2 half hour sessions and if you keep this up, you will notice results in 2 weeks. It will help tone legs, hips and bum. Perfect!
2. Bicycling

4. Racquetball ~ I LOVE swimming, but at £3.75 a time, I think its far too much.
5. Elliptical Burn
6. Rowing
7. Walking ~ With the dogs! This can be achieved daily.
8. Dancing
9. Excercise DVD
10. Horse Riding
They also outline the best Ab excercises, which involve lots of decline bench work, which isn't too good when you are after freebies. But they do mention flutter kicks (Back and Front) which sound like they will be involved in my routine!

I would also looovee to pole dance. I know it effectively tones muscles and gives you a full body work out. I just wonder where I could do one! I read an article that explains how excellent it is...
