Lace Cycling Shorts

When I think of cycling shorts, I think of those florescent shorts I had when I was a child...

But I've seen these "cycling shorts" that are like leggings, with lace around the bottom. And I think they are so cute! Even Chanel had them on the catwalk.

I want to wear them under things, such as short skirts? Yeah, I think it would work!
